Same Ol' Same Ol'

So I was drawing as usual and i decided to go through some of my recent drawings which always tend to collect dust never seeing the scanner, destined for the "Archive". I realized that the variety in my poses is non existant. I rarely shy away from a full figure, Three Quarters shot. I was just wondering, when you guys get in that Funk where do you go to break the monotony? Now that all i have is black and white, it takes alot more for my images to "pop" to me. The shit is getting ridiculous. It's just what happens when the lead holder touches the paper.

draw from life-no pics...like draw inanimate objects or even people ('cause sometimes your brain forgets things to go off on). Or take a break all together from drawing to recharge the creative side of ya' brain.
When you feel none of that is an option, make it a point to atleast change two, three, or more(keep it small) things about the positioning of limbs you draw
ex. instead of having her right arm up maybe two arms up? Or Have a character incorperated in some type of background, forcing you to mix up a pose.
'Funks',for me, are my brain isn't being worked hard enough or it's just squeezed all it's creative esscence out and needs a recharge.

Believe it or not...wut really helps me with that is just copying poses from other sources. I mean I don't really like copying other drawings because I'm afraid I might start bittin their style too much. But when I'm just trying to break a certain pattern of drawing...I just go online or pick up the nearest comic and just draw some of the poses I see. It's quite helpful
